wait, is your wallet.dat messed up? what error do you see when loading it? also, what have you tried already? using the salvage command might help. details would be great.

hey, there’s an option if you’re using a newer version! check the menu for "File->Restore Wallet". if you’re into CLI, just run bitcoin-cli restorewallet "wallet name" "path to wallet.dat" true. you might wanna migrate it after too.
