My old wallet is outdated. Set up a new one with Electrum and used my seed words. I see some coins but no clue what they’re worth. Can anyone help me figure this out? The coins tab shows output point, addresses, an amount of 6.35, and parents saying 3. What does this mean? Is it my balance or something I spent before?

Check the bottom of your wallet. Your overall balance should be there. Just make sure you know the unit mBTC, BTC, etc. You can also change preferences to see it in fiat currency.
Oh I see it now, 6.49 mBTC. What’s that worth? Just $40?
Nah, it’s like 90p! Ouch.

I also found 6 mnemonic words. How can I use them to access my wallet or coins? Maybe my other coins are in a different wallet. If someone could help me analyze past transactions, I might find those missing coins. Paid a dude in 2020 and he said I had about £300 worth.
That 6.49 mBTC is probably around $600 right now. That could be your £300. As for those mnemonic words, they might not help unless they’re part of your original seed phrase.
I found a transaction for 31 mBTC that should've gone to a wallet I own. How can I check if I really own that wallet?
You’ll need to find the wallet linked to that address. That’s the only way to know for sure.
Yeah, but how do I do that? I’m lost here. Appreciate the help.

It’s like asking where you left your keys last night... you have to think back on it.
I vaguely remember using Multibit HD. Were different wallets/accounts a thing? If so, your funds could be in one of them. Try restoring the wallet again, but change the last number in the derivation path. Might help you find your coins.

Try restoring again with "Detect Existing Accounts" when prompted for the script type. Since you’re connected to a server, Electrum will show you paths with existing transactions. Just keep trying with different paths. As for the fiat value, remember to set the correct currency in Preferences.
