Hey everyone!
I’m totally new to asic mining but I’ve got a GPU setup with 2gh and I’m using hive os for my rigs. Just bought an Avalon 1246 and set it up on slushpool. Been mining for a few days and I wanna keep an eye on it like I do with my GPUs. Is that possible with HiveOS or something similar?
Wait, can you clarify? You want to monitor both your GPU and ASIC rigs?
If your ASIC is flashed with HiveOS, you should be able to check it out on the HiveOS dashboard online. But if it’s just the Avalon miner, that’s a no-go for HiveOS monitoring. For remote access, maybe try VNC? You’ll need a PC running at home 24/7, install VNC on it, and then use RealVNC on your phone to connect.
Bro, Hiveon can’t be installed on Avalon 1246. So nope, that’s not gonna work.
You can keep tabs on your hashrate using the Slush Pool app. That’s about it for remote monitoring.
Yeah, you can’t flash HiveOS onto it. But lots of pools have their own apps. They’ll give you basic stats like hash rate.
Honestly, I’m curious if there are more options too. I’ll check back here to see if anyone has better suggestions. Good luck!
