Fresh Insights on the Hammer Miner

Just saw the new Hammer Miner is coming out soon. Can't wait for the review.

I did a review on the Beagle a while back and also checked out a modded S9 six years ago. Both were solid miners. Got some older models sent to me for review from user cyc22.

Are these models similar to the Bitaxe? What specs are we looking at?

Just got four units delivered! Two are for Doge and the other two are for BTC. Not gonna review the Doge ones here.

Starting off with the BC01. The screen is way bigger and in color compared to my Bitaxe miner.

Why isn’t there a buy button on the Hammer Miner site? I'm interested in the BC04, but it’s like they’re not ready to sell.

I mean, mining BTC with that low hashrate sounds like a nightmare. I’d rather go solo on DGB or BCH.

Altairtech has listed them in stock. Check this out for the US: altairtech.io. Seems like it’s also available in Europe.

They say you can mine BCH or DGB. But like, what about BTC? Sounds confusing.

I’ll dig for Asian sellers to help find more options, but yeah, shipping from China is usually cheaper.

A lot of alternatives exist for solo mining in China. Just gotta look around. Hope Hammer Miner gets on that.

Also, 3D printed stands are in the works for these miners. Just makes it easier to set them up.

Yeah, those stands are a great idea. I’ll share some cooling features when I’m back home.
