Choosing the Right Monitor for Trading

I’m struggling with eye strain when trading at home... cloudy days make it worse. I’ve got a BenQ eye care monitor and it’s not cutting it. Any tips to make it more like reading from a tablet?

I get headaches from monitor light too. Anti-radiation glasses saved me. Can trade longer without feeling wrecked.
