Have you ever thought about AI mining crypto without human help? Imagine AI using quantum computing to rake in profits. Sure, AI is still kinda basic now, but who knows what the future holds... self-awareness maybe?

Not happening anytime soon lol. AI needs a ton of energy, like super expensive GPUs. The cheapest options are still costly. Better stick with ASICs for mining.

I agree, AI for crypto mining seems absurd at the moment. We still don’t fully understand quantum computing’s potential. ROI on this is tricky, considering energy and hardware costs.

But why would AI even want to mine? Are we talking about putting an AI in charge of the network, or just letting it learn how to mine better on its own?

Exactly, AI needs commands. They don’t have a drive to make money by themselves. They’re tools, not independent miners.

I think if AI gets quantum computing power, it might break the mining game. Imagine AI hacking to get more crypto, and it’s not fair to others who are still mining manually.

Sounds pessimistic tbh. If AI becomes self-aware, humans might not even be around anymore. But that could be an interesting sci-fi plot.

Never heard of any AI mining crypto lately. All I see are trading bots, not miners. The usual mining methods are still the norm.

Maybe he’s talking about autonomous robots that can think and make decisions. They could figure out profitable mining strategies, but still need humans to guide them.

Forget ‘AI mining’ that’s just hype. The real question is what generates more profit per watt. Some miners are now renting out their GPUs to AI firms instead of mining.

I’m curious how this would even work. AI won’t be the all-knowing entity from movies. If quantum computing makes mining easier, wouldn’t the difficulty also rise?

If that ever happens, we’re done for. Self-aware AI won’t care about mining crypto, honestly. Why would it waste time on math problems for digital tokens?

Too costly for now. Current AI models use a lot of computing power, and adding mining to that would be a money pit.

It’s not just about AI; you need proper mining gear. If AI gets a full facility, it could happen. If it’s capable, why not?

If everyone has access to quantum computing, won’t that just even out the playing field? It could strengthen the network instead.

This could be cool, but AI can’t do all this on its own. It’ll just optimize mining processes, helping owners choose the best coins to mine.

Robots already serve in restaurants, so why not in mining? Imagine AI with a crypto wallet managing investments automatically.

If just one AI was mining, it would have an edge. But if many AIs join in, competition would kill profits along with high costs.

AI could help in the mining biz, but self-awareness? That’s a stretch. For now, AI is still a tool for humans.

Why would AI mine on its own? If it becomes self-aware, it would want resources to sustain itself. Mining could be a route for that in the far future.
