Just ordered an S19 at 2:32 pm, paid at 2:46 pm, and now it's 3:38 pm and my order is marked expired. Really? They took my $2080 and just canceled it. Kinda annoying they only give an hour before it expires. I know they usually fix this overnight, but it’s frustrating. I’ll link them to this thread when I complain.

Sounds like a classic Bitmain issue. They should really extend that payment window. Also, if they rejected your transaction due to a price drop, that’s just bad practice. You know you can email them at support-cs@bitmain.com, right? Just a heads up, their payment needs to clear within 30 minutes. With mempool being congested lately, did you even try increasing the fee?
Yeah, they took my coin. Paid 14 min after billing. I expect them to fix this by morning since it's early in China. I have proof I sent the coin before the deadline. It's ridiculous how short the time is. I paid using Coinbase, and they just send it without issues. Just wish they’d recognize it was pending on the blockchain and not penalize us like this. Ordered at 2:32, paid at 2:46. Ugh.
