Not an option for me all those US/EU-only platforms like PayPal, Coinbase, etc. Starting with local fiat junk coins, converting to stablecoins on Binance via P2P or offline.
Honestly, trying to hunt for the cheapest way is risky. You might end up with some dodgy exchanges that are total scams. I’d rather stick to reliable sources and avoid headaches.
Been using MEXC lately. Their withdrawal fees are the lowest I’ve seen, plus deposits and withdrawals are super fast. I switched there after Binance got banned in my country. They have a good selection of new coins too.
There are loads of exchanges out there. Just gotta do your homework and find one that fits your trading style. Buying BTC is easy now, with so much info available. But it’s still key to know what you’re doing.
I think some exchanges in my country let non-residents sign up, but the KYC might be a hassle. No way around it. Check out Indodax or Pintu. They even have a Chinese interface, which is a good sign for demand. Fees are kinda similar to global exchanges, I think.
Always go for direct P2P. You can find P2P options on various platforms. If you’re in a less developed country, it probably means Binance is accessible. Get some contacts and build trust.
Anything below 0.1% fee isn’t worth stressing over. If you find the absolute cheapest, you might be risking your funds in sketchy exchanges. A normal fee is fine if the exchange is trustworthy, better safe than sorry.
