A couple years back, these Telegram groups were everywhere, but now they seem pretty dead or spammy. I'm curious if anyone has tips on finding the active ones nowadays... like do you just search manually or use tools to find legit communities?
Are Memecoin Telegram Groups Still Relevant in 2026?

I don’t really care about the number of members. It’s all about how engaged the people are. If there’s no real chat or devs involved, it’s just a ghost town.
Nice first comment under this thread! Are you keeping an eye on any memecoins in Telegram or elsewhere?
Most of those meme coin groups are just bots now. It’s a breeding ground for scammers. Real moderators are hard to find and the projects? They just want to milk investors.

Whether these groups are worth it depends on your perspective. There's been a noticeable drop in activity. But honestly, most memecoin enthusiasts just want a quick flip and then move on.
You can tell if a group is dead if it’s overrun by bots. Real members probably don't even know they’re in the group anymore since they just get added without consent.
Memecoin hype is still alive! You might not see it because you're not looking closely. Newbies are all about the memecoins these days.

Telegram groups for memecoins are a total mess. If you want the real scoop, hit up X instead. All the best memes started there. And yeah, the second you join, some scammer is in your DMs.
I was checking out Crypto Evolution and MemeFi Coin recently. They were okay, but nothing special. I’m kinda over them now. Anyone else have thoughts?
Honestly, I don't see any legit meme token groups on Telegram. They're flooded with bots pushing their tokens. The hype died out after 2023.
The memecoin scene is pretty much dead. No surprise the groups are quiet. But once the market kicks up again, these groups might get a revival.
True. Once the crypto market shows some consistent growth, those groups will get active again. But I still see a lot of bots pushing stuff.

Yeah, I don’t trust those groups at all. Too many scams. Better to stick with exchanges for finding memecoins.
Everyone talks about the bots and scams on Telegram, but honestly, it’s the same deal on Twitter and Discord. Telegram is just faster for communication.
Every messaging app has its share of scams. I’ve seen people get scammed everywhere, not just with crypto but also in other industries.
Devs often ghost projects slowly. Some stay in denial, and there might be a paid mod still hanging around. It can even get funny seeing scammers scam each other.

Yeah, they were scams back then and still are now. Just focus on real projects and forget the scams. Telegram’s turned into a scam hub.
Remember 2017? ICO scams were everywhere. Now it’s all about memecoins and influencers. I’m betting AI will be the next big scam wave.
People are gullible, they always will be. I doubt anything significant will happen in 2026, and we’ll probably just recycle old scams.
Telegram mining apps are long gone. There was a time when everyone was hyped, but now it’s all about making quick cash during those hype phases.
