Are Exchange Withdrawal Fees Outrageous?

So Ethereum recently updated and gas fees dropped a lot but some exchanges are still charging crazy amounts for withdrawals. Like bybit charging $4... Isn't that wild? Am I the only one bothered by this? It's just a total rip-off.

Surprised gas fees dropping haven’t boosted ETH prices. Lower fees and speed should mean more users, right?

Bybit’s just taking their time to adjust. Look, they owe a ton after that hack, and their customers are just not their priority right now.
