A guy is accusing his wife of using CCTV to steal 2,323 bitcoin from his hardware wallet. That's like 172 million bucks. This is gonna be a wild legal battle.

Wow, I just read about this! What surprises me is the wife apparently knows little about Bitcoin but stole it anyway. Since she moved it, it’s just sitting there untouched. Did she lose access to it, or is she waiting for the trial outcome?

Crazy, right? But how do you know she doesn't know anything about crypto? If she really stole it, she probably knows enough about seed phrases. That's pretty basic knowledge for anyone that wants to steal crypto.

There’s recording evidence that suggests she wasn’t acting alone. She was asking about where the coins went, which sounds like she knows more than she’s letting on.

If she got the wallet seed, she might just be using mixers or planning to switch it for Monero. But I doubt she can actually spend it until everything is cleared up.

For sure, those coins will stay put until the trial is over. I think it's gonna get messy she could say things that don’t add up. Plus, if she's ditching devices, no evidence means she might get off the hook.

Honestly, it’s crazy to think the funds haven't moved at all. Whoever stole that much money would usually try to hide their tracks. But they haven't done anything.

Totally a high-stakes case. Once the coins move, it’s gonna blow up in terms of attention. If the court doesn’t sort this out, the coins could be left unaccounted for.

Yeah man, it’s wild how much the value jumped since the theft. Back then it was worth around 60 million and now it’s over 170 million. That wife must have some serious smarts to pull this off.

What a mess! You really need to trust the person you marry, but also... protect your assets. Seems like there's no guarantee with anyone these days.

Lol, don’t forget this is still just an accusation. The husband has to prove anything in court. And what if she claims she lost the wallet keys after the ruling?

That could backfire hard. If she tries to pull that, the moment the coins move it’s game over for her. She’d just dig her own grave.

Crypto law is a complex beast, man. Current regulations struggle with these kinds of issues, and cases like this just highlight how tricky it can be.

I've seen this news too, and it’s really sad. Shows how trust in a marriage can just vanish. How can she do this to someone she lived with? Disappointing.

After a marriage crumbles, it’s hard to understand actions. Most often, both sides are to blame. But it’s a wake-up call for all of us to be cautious with our crypto.

So she knows nothing about Bitcoin, but she understands seed phrases? Sounds fishy! This was premeditated for sure it’s like she had a plan.

Exactly! 172 million bucks at stake, and she was willing to risk it all. It’s incredibly telling about her mindset.

More instances like this just remind us to be careful who we trust. Makes sense why one would keep their finances hidden from their spouse.

Wealthy families have systems for keeping their capital safe. It's a good lesson, but most people just chase quick profits and forget about preservation.

Rich families know the game; they teach their kids about long-term safety. Meanwhile, the average person falls for memecoins or risky moves.
