I vote for buying and holding. Mining can drain your wallet with energy bills and equipment costs. Holding is simpler and, honestly, I think it has more potential.

Water cooled miners are quieter but more complicated. Fan cooled ones are easier to manage and good enough for smaller setups like BitAxe.

I think small-scale solo mining is mostly a hobby now. Financially, it’s unlikely to pay off, but the educational experience and understanding of the network are definitely worth it.
