You can get the txoutproof from a public server, too. Just look for rpc endpoints that allow you to retrieve that.

Why would a miner do it for free though? They're running a business. Doing transactions for free isn't common anymore.

Haven’t heard of any nodes accepting below 1 sat. I used to send BTC with 0 fees years ago. Ever thought about running your own node and setting minRelayTxFee to 0? That might be your only option.

Anyone know if there are miners or nodes that accept transactions with fees below 1 sat/vbyte? I'm looking to test some low-fee transactions, maybe even zero fee, for non-urgent confirmations.
