Bitcoin won’t be shaken by Yellen. It’s decentralized and not controlled by banks. People will adopt or reject it, not her.

Not sure about this whole ossification thing. Depends on what you want from Bitcoin. For digital gold, stability is key, but if you want evolution, then maybe it’s an issue.
