Japan seems to recognize crypto’s potential, especially for retirement funds. I hope their cautious approach influences others.
Yeah, I read that thread too. OP seems to have missed the point. Bitcoin is crypto by nature. It’s built on the same principles as other cryptos.
Yeah, and with inflation hitting hard, planning for the long term seems pointless for many young people. They’re living in the moment and who could blame them?
I’ve looked for solid proof of Bitcoin holdings and came up empty. Speculations range from 240 BTC to 600k BTC all supposedly funded by gold sales. Why use USDT for oil if they had Bitcoin?
Same here. Fuel prices just spiked by 40% here! It’s ridiculous! We’re a major oil producer, yet prices are skyrocketing. Seems like it’s more corruption than actual market effects.
Just rising energy costs alone won’t signal the end of PoW. Unless developers tweak the code, things will keep functioning. If miners quit due to losses, there’ll be less competition, which might help remaining miners.
True! Fiat is used for way more scams. The government's fear-mongering about crypto is just a desperate attempt to hold onto control. They’re ignoring the real issues.
