We don’t know OP’s trading habits. Most people don’t stare at screens constantly. Sounds like they’re just putting in long hours like me, but I manage fine.
Staying away from options has been my path too. I’ve heard it’s complicated, and your post confirms that. I’ll stick with simpler trades.

Experience is everything! Learn as much as you can online. If you don’t believe in yourself, success will be out of reach. Trading is tough, and your mental state needs to be strong.
If an exchange is trustworthy, there’s no reason to doubt them. Just make sure to learn before jumping into new services to minimize risks. I’ve heard of MT5 but find it a bit complicated, lol.
Yeah, even the title seems sketchy. When the market dips, losing BTC is pretty much a guarantee. It doesn’t matter when you got in; a loss is still a loss. A video would help but I’m still skeptical.
That list should cover the basics. If you need something not listed, maybe rethink if you really need it. Focus on profit when trading and stick to known exchanges.
100% true. It takes patience to learn, not just to trade. And understanding losses as part of the game is key.
