What’s gonna happen to money if cash just disappears? We’re seeing cash slowly vanish from our lives. Everything's going digital now, from payments to banking, and even governments are looking into digital currencies.

I doubt cash will ever fully disappear. Sure, digital payments are more common, but cash doesn’t need power or the internet. What happens when tech fails? You can’t just rely on digital.

Yeah, I get that. But if cash goes, it has to be organized well. Especially for older folks or people without internet. Maybe like those metro cards you can reload? It’d take years to sort out.

You think so? I see it more like a permanent coexistence of cash and digital. Both will always be around, no matter how advanced digital gets.

Cash isn’t going anywhere. You’ve got rural areas and people stuck in their old ways. Plus, cash is still used for untraceable transactions. I bet even the government relies on it for certain deals.

Totally agree. Cash as a backup is key. What if the internet crashes? The whole economy would tank without some physical cash around.

Physical money is fading, but I think it’ll still be around for a long while. Governments love controlling money, and cash is the easiest way to do that.

Cash will definitely exist in many forms! Even digital cash is still backed by real cash reserves. If there’s no cash, digital money loses its value.

But you know, cash isn’t as private as people think. There are cameras everywhere, and banks track your withdrawals. It’s not completely untraceable.

Losing cash would be a disaster for freedom. CBDCs feel like a tool for surveillance. Only Bitcoin might be our way out of that nightmare future. We need to build up alternative solutions now.
