Aren’t malware attacks usually more about Windows executables? Like, how are wallets connected? If they aren’t Kaspersky-level protection, why worry about passwords and USB attacks? Sounds kinda off.

I’ve been checking out some IRC connections and found some potential vulnerabilities. Feels like an exploit might be lurking around.
Oh, adding this one to the scam list for sure.

Details on this ‘Lucky7coin’? Found something in the code.
How about bitcoinwisdomapp.com? That one’s definitely a keylogger.
Any other thoughts on this? Seems like a real issue.
Edit: Just noticed some coins like SPR and ORB are linked to that faucet site.
Saw that multifaucet.tk thing too. It redirects to ad networks which can lead to malware. It’s sketchy for sure.
Had IE11 totally freeze up once due to a hijack. Never experienced that, unless you count those annoying AMD surveys after driver installs.

Yikes, anyone heard of that ransomware Cryptolocker? Seriously, what is wrong with people?
Would running wallets in different virtual machines help against this kind of malware? Seems logical.
Definitely a way to go about it.

This is getting ridiculous. Why not just embed a keylogger in the BIOS? Then there’s no escape from any OS.

Lol, if I can drop a keylogger in my BIOS, anyone can. Just think about it; they use this to lock your BIOS and prevent messing around with overclocking.
Had a weird encounter earlier. Surfed eBay, found something shady. It pretended to be my ISP and gave a fake number. Almost called, but it felt off. Restarted my computer and ran a scan. Think I’m good now?
You should definitely check your program files and TEMP folders! That ASN client is no joke it’s a remote desktop hack.
