So the founder of USI Tech just got hit with fraud charges in NY. They say he scammed investors outta $150 million with some shady scheme. Sounds like classic cloud mining tactics, right? Crazy stuff.

I mean yeah, he’s a big name in that space, but let’s not forget he probably trusted the wrong people. At 64, he should’ve had better judgment. But honestly, I don’t think he’s gonna spend the rest of his days in jail. Those young guys running things behind the scenes are likely the real criminals.
I checked out the site and it seems legit, tbh. They had a bunch of investment options, not just the one that got them in trouble. But here in the US, if he gets a 10-year sentence, that's basically a life sentence for him. So I guess the law is the law, no matter how old you are.
