So apparently the NY attorney general is going after Gemini, Genesis, and DCG for, like, a billion dollars in fraud claims. Can’t believe these exchanges are still in the spotlight after all the FTX drama.

Just read the news... really hope the Gemini Earn program gets hammered for this. The Winklevoss twins could’ve played it smart with all their early Bitcoin but nah, greed took over. They could’ve done better.
Yeah, FTX is a mess but proving all this in court? Good luck with that. It’s business, there’s always risk. I’m not holding my breath for any real justice here. But I’ll be watching, for sure.
The NYAG is supposed to protect investors, right? This lawsuit feels justified. These platforms claimed investments were safe, but nobody mentioned the risks. It’s frustrating seeing people lose money due to bad decisions by others.
Investor protection is great, but is it too late? People already lost cash when crypto tanks. Civil lawsuits take ages and we still gotta sort out the FTX criminal case first. Just seems like a mess waiting to happen.
