Just swapped the fans on my Avalon A1246 to Phanteks T30, now I'm having issues with the Hasboards. Already replaced #0 and now #1 is acting up too. Didn't check the miner before putting in the new fans... is it a problem with the fans? Do I need a special software for this?

What do your API logs say? You should post them. Honestly, those fans might be the problem. I found out Phanteks T30 only pulls 0.36A, which is pretty weak compared to stock fans. Maybe try switching back to the originals?
WTF are you thinking?! Those stock fans push over 200 CFM each; you're down to 101 CFM with the T30s. Not enough power to keep it cool. Seriously, check the specs before swapping fans.

Based on what philipma1957 said, what temps are you seeing? If your boards are frying, it's likely because you're not cooling them properly. Sounds like you replaced the necessary fans with quiet ones that don't cut it. More temp info would help.
I found some fans that might work better. They do 175 CFM compared to your 101. Canaan fans push over 200 CFM and run at 2.6-2.7 amps. Not sure if they'll solve your problem, but you could give them a shot and let us know how it goes.
