Updates on Poolin's IOU BTC Situation?

Anyone got any new info on this? I remember the whole IOU token mess but it's like crickets since then. Did everyone just move on or what? Has anyone tried to sue them or anything? CEO still MIA?

I don't really know the details, but I used Poolin for my farms for years. Then, out of nowhere, payouts stopped. Everything looked fine on my end. Switched to F2Pool and forgot all about it. Lost like $3000 in BTC, which is worth way more now. Is that related to what we're talking about?

Bumping again. Still stuck with worthless IOU BTC that I can't trade anywhere. I heard there was a court case that Poolin lost, but they still haven't paid up.

Bumping this thread too. Hardly anyone is discussing this even now. They used to be one of the biggest mining pools. Got kicked from the telegram for mentioning it. No articles covering the IOU BTC issue. No updates from Kevin or anyone else.
