Just read the whitepaper about Einstein-Tiling for the Lightning Network. Sounds fancy but kinda lost me. Anyone got visuals on how nodes connect with this system?

I think they mean each node has a set number of channels, like 14 based on some shape from David Smith. But is that really how it works? It feels limiting if that's the case.

The idea of using Einstein-Tiling is cool, especially for tackling routing and scalability issues. Shorter paths could help a ton with costs and security, but... what about scalability when more nodes come in? Seems tricky.

Honestly, this whitepaper is more like a markdown file. It doesn't really break down how to put Einstein-Tiling into practice on the Lightning Network. We need some solid algorithms or a step-by-step guide to make it useful.

Right? It's just a markdown. I couldn't find any info on Einstein-Tiling either. Feels like a draft more than anything. Where's the actual explanation of what it is? All I see are benefits listed.
