Ramadan Kareem to everyone! This holy month is almost here. I'm curious how many of us are prepping for it. Anyone else worried about making profits during this bear market?
Trading Opportunities During Ramadan

Totally get you. But I feel like exchanges focus on certain regions, which is why West Africa might not see as many promos. Just gotta keep an eye out for local platforms. Things are always changing in crypto.

Yeah, but West Africa has tons of crypto fans! Look at Ghana and Nigeria. Just found this Ramadan event from an exchange. Seems some countries qualify for it. Happy Ramadan, by the way!

So when exactly is Ramadan? I’m not Muslim. If there are no promos in your area by now, maybe just forget it. You could always plan around it, though. What are you hoping the exchange will offer?
Could be that there aren’t many promos because Ramadan is about fasting and spending less. You might see some deals after Ramadan, though, especially during Eid.

Are there any crypto projects run by Muslims? I mean, I know there are active Muslim users in crypto, but do they support fellow Muslims with their projects? I heard about one but forgot the name.
I hope we see more local exchanges doing promos during Ramadan. Glad I'm not alone in this concern. Wishing you all a blessed month!
Ramadan starts soon, like on March 1st. I’m keeping my eyes peeled for opportunities. I prefer exchanges over brokers anyway.
Ramadan is for Muslim countries mainly. Congrats! But trading during this time could be tricky. Are you thinking of selling coins to profit from the celebrations?
Happy Ramadan to you! There will always be exchange offers popping up. If nothing is available now, something might come up later. Just plan your time wisely for trading.
Ramadan kicks off March 1st, 2025. It’s all about worship and fasting. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend trading while observing Ramadan, it might be too distracting.

Exchanges push promos in areas where many users are Muslim. It’s kind of like how casinos do big events during holidays. Just remember, those rewards come with strings attached.
I think you might be misunderstanding the OP. They were just sharing opportunities for those fasting. Like, keeping a deposit to get rewards. It’s about supporting Muslims in crypto.
Getting extra funds during festive times is a nice bonus. But if there aren’t any, let’s enjoy what we have. By the way, I saw Bybit has some promos this season too!

Didn’t know exchanges do Ramadan promos. Is it just for Muslims or open to everyone? Thought this whole thread was about taking a break from trading for the month.
Exchanges usually don’t know who’s Muslim unless it’s a specific country promotion. These offers are mainly to celebrate Ramadan, not just for a select few.
Yeah, winners and losers happen in trading. Ramadan shows unity among Muslims, and trading during this time can feel inappropriate. But hey, making money doesn’t stop for anyone.

Just don’t end up like that guy from Dubai who borrowed a ton to buy BTC at ATH and got wrecked. Seriously, focus on good deeds during Ramadan instead of trading.
I’m not aware of any exchanges doing Ramadan promos. If they do exist, they’re probably for everyone, not just Muslims. In this market, best to avoid trading if you’re fasting.
Ramadan Kareem to all! Stay focused and blessed during this month.
