Time to Rethink BitLicense?

So, NYDFS came up with this BitLicense thing which basically forces anyone dealing with crypto in New York to comply with tons of regulations. They want records for like 7 years and personal info accessible to them. Theo Chino is trying to get rid of it via some legal action. Any thoughts?

You can see how tough it is for anyone in NY to even touch crypto. This regulation is just ridiculous. No other state has something like this, which says a lot.
