I watched the demo video, and it shows 1475 watts and 16.25 TH/s. They say you have to order at least 5 and they only accept bitcoin. Looks like a rip-off of the S9 to me. Not buying.
Definitely smells sketchy. I mean, how do you just create a chip like that? Seems like a scam.

Yeah, they could totally fake the data. That screenshot of the mining pool never refreshes. Makes you wonder about the legitimacy.
Right? Totally forgot they can change the numbers on their site. Classic move.
What if they gave a unit to someone like Phillipma for a review? That might help build some trust. But I gotta say, that price feels too good to be true.
Adam Back came out in support of it. What do you guys make of that?

Here’s the tweet from Jan Braiins. He says the video was shot in his office. Seems legit, but still skeptical.

Adam Back also tweeted that he ordered $200K worth. Might not be a complete scam after all.
Checkout on their site isn’t working. Can’t even place an order...
They claim the DragonMint 16T is the most efficient miner at 16TH/s and runs 30% cooler. 30% cooler than what, though?

I know the team behind it. I’m getting a demo soon, so I’ll share my thoughts after I test it.
There's a BTC core dev, Drak, involved too. So many people are saying this looks legit. If Adam’s backing it, I’m tempted to buy.

Adam confirmed in a chat that it's the real deal. Could be a big deal for Bitmain.

Agreed. I wouldn’t trust everything I read in crypto blogs. Need some solid proof, like a detailed review with pics.
Let’s be cautious but open-minded. I’ve asked them for a proper review here on this forum. Hoping to score a demo unit.
