Thoughts on Ebang Ebit Miners?

Thinking about getting one of those new Ebang miners. Anyone tried them out? What's the quality like? How's their customer service if something goes wrong?

If you check the Support section, you'll see tons of complaints about Ebang miners. Honestly, the quality is really bad, even worse than Bitmain's S17s, which aren't great either. And customer support? Forget it.

I thought the newer models would be an upgrade from their previous miners. Seems like they should've improved, right?

Unless they've completely overhauled their support team and management, I doubt much has changed. Maybe they are still struggling.

That explains why their stock's been tanking since it launched. The build quality just isn't reliable. I wouldn’t buy one myself. Plenty of better options out there without the hassle.
