Hey everyone, just wanted to share my thoughts. I've been around business and stock markets for a while now, and I always find myself a bit skeptical when things sound too perfect or orchestrated. Growing up in Canada and spending time in Tokyo, I've seen how some markets are swayed by hidden agendas, backdoor deals, and even some wild conspiracy theories. Tokyo feels different and my view on things has changed a lot since my Canada days.

So about these DATs, they’re basically a way for institutions to get into Bitcoin without actually buying it. They can be structured like a fund and use some fancy financing tricks to boost returns. It's a good fit for those who can't hold Bitcoin directly for whatever reason. Like, if you want BTC in a tax-friendly account or you need a legal structure for your corporate treasury or something... Anyway, for everyday investors, that's a whole other game.
