My buddy was talking about the SpaceX IPO buzz today. Apparently, several platforms launched pre-IPO offers. I spotted at least 3-4 major sites already promoting early access.

Investing early always carries risks and chances... the hype is definitely real. These pre-IPO offers are from existing shareholders, and if SpaceX’s stock goes public, early investors might snag a good deal. But yeah, it could also be overpriced from all this hype.

Honestly, SpaceX's valuation makes sense to me. With reusable rockets and Starlink bringing in serious cash, the tech is solid. I mean, look at companies like Anthropic that aren’t even profitable yet but are valued at around $1.2 trillion. SpaceX is a way better bet, even if this convo feels a bit off-topic here.

I think 1.5 trillion is absurd. For a company with under 16k employees? Nah, not for me. Only the people ready to lose a ton after the IPO would buy this. The stock price is gonna drop like crazy within six months after trading starts.

I don’t really get stocks, tbh. Risk is everywhere, but if SpaceX is hyped up, being an early investor might let you cash in before others pile on. Just curious, can we stick to stuff outside of your usual Bitget shilling though? Just saying.

So now IPOs are considered altcoins? This is a stock, not an altcoin. And let’s not forget, Tesla and SpaceX thrive on regulations and funding. Sure, SpaceX is impressive, but it got billions from taxpayers, so...

Respect opinions, please! 1.5 trillion is just a starting valuation, right? It’s either gonna be amazing or do something unexpected.

Pre-IPO offers are intriguing, but you really need to know if you’re getting something extra by buying early vs. later. I believe in SpaceX, just questioning if there's real value in this pre-market opportunity. Like, what’s the edge?

I’m not much into IPOs anymore, honestly. I remember Coinbase’s IPO was massive initially, then it tanked for ages. Just saying, high starting prices can lead to big crashes.

If you've got spare cash, now’s the time to get into pre-IPO. It's an exciting moment, but yeah, there's a lot of hype because it's SpaceX. Investors are pretty clueless about where this industry is headed.

I was following this pre-IPO thing too and honestly thought there wouldn’t be much interest. But wow, over $100 million committed on Bitget in under a day! Didn’t expect that at all.

Good for you, but everyone knows what’s up with this market. For that platform, there’s still time for those who haven’t jumped in. I think many are waiting to see the public trading price.

The hype around SpaceX’s pre-IPO feels like what we saw years ago with CEX pre-markets. When Bitcoin was bullish, many projects got pre-market launches, now it’s similar here. Speculation is key.

Is this even legit or just a scam? Shares are usually for accredited investors, and those platforms target smaller investors, like those with $100.

It’s real and not a scam. The SpaceX pre-IPO is more about giving exposure to people wanting to gamble on SpaceX shares. You won’t get direct shares, so even small investors can join.

Most exchanges are just offering synthetic stocks, right? We’re getting price exposure but no real ownership. Imagine buying a stock but not really owning it, crazy.

Bitget is not even authorized for this SpaceX pre-IPO. They’re selling something they don’t own, basically tokens that mimic SpaceX stock. If regulations hit, they could get slammed for market manipulation.

Exactly! Those synthetic products give only price exposure, no real ownership or dividends. It’s risky since if Bitget crashes, you might end up with nothing.

Yeah, it’s synthetic as stated. It tracks a reference index tied to SpaceX’s performance post-IPO. Bitget’s a T1 exchange, so do your own research, don’t just take people’s word for it.

I've seen this before on exchanges like Coinbase and Kraken too. They’re all rolling out similar offerings with SpaceX. It’s just the market evolving.
