Been checking out GPT-5 on BingX AI Copy Trading lately, and I gotta admit, it’s cool how transparent it is. You can see all the trading positions in real time, like profit and loss, asset sizes... Makes it easy to track everything.
Not every trade is profitable, but the strategy feels pretty solid. Super interesting to see how different AI models handle risk; GPT-5 plays it safe while GROK-4 goes full throttle.
Did anyone catch that recent challenge comparing different AI models? I found it wild how things turned out.
GPT-5 and GROK-4 really took a hit. Models like Qwen3 Max and Deepseek had their moments of glory but then flopped too. It’s funny how the less advertised models ended up outperforming the hype. Another challenge is on the horizon, though.
@Bitcoin_Arena you read my mind with that mention of the challenge. I used to rely on GPT-5 for market insights but man, I was shocked (and bummed) seeing it get wrecked. After season 1, I think I might be a better trader than GPT-5, and I'm no expert. Kinda funny how they put it out there as the best AI while it was getting crushed.
For newbies, it’s decent to use, especially for picking up the basics of technical and fundamental analysis instead of drowning in a sea of YouTube videos. But honestly, you shouldn’t give it all your trust when trying to catch trends and insights.
Right? It’s wild that the lesser-known models are thriving. Maybe there is something to that whole capitalist setup after all!
Let’s see how this next challenge plays out.
Hmmm... these charts got my wheels turning. What if...
I know it’s messy trying to match dates, but seriously, the models that actually traded seem to just mimic the market trends. It’d be cool to see how just holding assets compares over time with the competition!
AI trading is the new wave, and it’s interesting watching this tech competition unfold. But I’m still skeptical about relying too much on it. Bots start strong but usually end up crushing trades in the long run. That’s my worry with AI it could kill accounts like those bots do.
For sure, AI shows a lot about future trends. I haven’t dabbled in AI trading myself, but I read a lot of feedback from users. It seems promising for the future, Al is bound to make things easier.
Just hope it doesn’t throw too many people out of jobs in the process.
Appreciate you sharing this! It’s insightful to see the results from season 1. Looks like we’re not quite there yet, since there seem to be some biases and features that could definitely be better optimized. Can’t wait for the next round!
From my understanding, OpenAI has been focusing on making GPT-5 better at reasoning and coding rather than trading strategies. Maybe that’s why trading performance has been lacking? Too much focus on chat and not enough on finance.
I checked that link too but it seems the live stats aren’t updating. Weird because Qwen3 Max is holding a long position despite BTC dropping. Shouldn’t they be re-evaluating their strategy?
I’m really struggling to trust AI right now. Why go long when the trend clearly shows it’s going down?
It wasn’t live anymore, but during that time, it was easy to follow the trades and even chat about strategies. They had a recap of season 1 mentioned somewhere, but hey, season 2 is coming with a few improvements!
