Struggling with 'Invalid Token' Issues on Blockchain Wallets

A while back I found some old paper wallets from 2013-2015 in a fireproof bag. But now I can’t access them because I lost the recovery seeds and passwords. I thought I had it all sorted with the WIF key I recovered but I missed downloading my wallet.aes.json in time. Any tips?

Dude, you can edit your post to get rid of all those extra emojis. Just click on + Additional Options and select Don't use smileys.

Honestly, it’s hard to follow your situation with that huge block of text. You should separate out the wallets you’re talking about like walletA and walletB. Makes it clearer.

I feel you. I’m seeing the same ‘Invalid Token’ error too. It’s so frustrating! Have you found any fixes?

That’s a bug in their beta version. Only they can sort it out. You might need to get into what OP did and share your situation more clearly. Maybe start a new thread with that.

Thanks for the reply! But I’m not super techy, so I’m wary of sharing my info. I just want someone to fix this issue. I’ll keep checking this thread for any updates.

Is there a public bug tracker for Blockchain.info? I want to keep tabs on when this gets resolved.

Yeah, they have a GitHub page for reporting issues, but it looks like most of those are user-reported. The issue here doesn’t seem to be there. Their current wallet version is v5.x, while the repo shows v4.

Let’s report this so they can see how many people are dealing with this. It might push them to fix it faster.

The link you posted is dead. Did you finish your report or was it taken down? It shouldn’t be deleted unless you didn’t give enough detail.

I've got the same problem with several old wallets, and I’ve got the right details. I haven’t logged into one since 2021. It sucks to see this error pop up now.

I think OP might be the first here to report this. I’ve had login issues since November, but I didn’t think it was worth posting since it was just a test wallet.

Doesn't seem to apply to me since I don’t have a recovery phrase. It's confusing when OP talks about wallet.aes.json. I just want to log into my wallet.

Anyone got updates on this? My friend and I faced the same issue.

Have you tried contacting their support? I’m hesitant to give them access to my login info. They should let users use the old page.

Sorry, I can’t help much. I only tested their app/web wallet, and my test account is fine now.

I’ve tried contacting them but they’re not responsive. I noticed my wallets not linked to email are giving this error. Anyone else?

I’ll try those steps. Did they ask about your email?

So far, they just wanted identifiers and the creation dates of the wallets.

Good news! I got my wallets back! It turned out the issue was the lack of an email link. I gave support the identifiers and new email, and they fixed it!
