A while back I found some old paper wallets from 2013-2015 in a fireproof bag. But now I can’t access them because I lost the recovery seeds and passwords. I thought I had it all sorted with the WIF key I recovered but I missed downloading my wallet.aes.json in time. Any tips?
Honestly, it’s hard to follow your situation with that huge block of text. You should separate out the wallets you’re talking about like walletA and walletB. Makes it clearer.
That’s a bug in their beta version. Only they can sort it out. You might need to get into what OP did and share your situation more clearly. Maybe start a new thread with that.
Thanks for the reply! But I’m not super techy, so I’m wary of sharing my info. I just want someone to fix this issue. I’ll keep checking this thread for any updates.
Yeah, they have a GitHub page for reporting issues, but it looks like most of those are user-reported. The issue here doesn’t seem to be there. Their current wallet version is v5.x, while the repo shows v4.
I've got the same problem with several old wallets, and I’ve got the right details. I haven’t logged into one since 2021. It sucks to see this error pop up now.
I think OP might be the first here to report this. I’ve had login issues since November, but I didn’t think it was worth posting since it was just a test wallet.
Doesn't seem to apply to me since I don’t have a recovery phrase. It's confusing when OP talks about wallet.aes.json. I just want to log into my wallet.
Good news! I got my wallets back! It turned out the issue was the lack of an email link. I gave support the identifiers and new email, and they fixed it!
