Spain Tightens Rules on Cash Withdrawals

yeah but the problem is where you draw the line, right? like if i buy furniture from some guy who wants cash, i'm not a criminal. but Spain's basically saying 'nope, you gotta prove it wasn't intentional splitting' which is backwards imo
