What do you all think about Bitcoin? I’ve seen a bunch of analysis suggesting it might drop below $60k again.

I just went long on silver with $250, but the candles are looking sketchy. I got in at $61.62, it's dipped a bit since. Last time I mentioned this, it hit $64 before falling to $61.53 and then shot up to over $71. Now it's back down to $61.24. Is that double bottom going to hold, or are we looking at a drop below $60 this time?

I can’t see the double bottom you’re talking about. I switched to a monthly timeframe but I don’t see it. My short-term analysis looks bearish. The 200 EMA just got broken and silver is respecting the levels of 50, 100, and 200 EMA. I’m planning to go short.

Honestly, precious metals seem done for a bit... classic blow-off top followed by lower highs. It's not just silver; gold and other metals are behaving the same way.

Well, that support existed for a while but just got smashed a few hours ago. I mean, I posted about it when silver was at $61.24, and now it's below $58. Not good. I cut my losses. It defended $60 before, but not this time.

Bitcoin's below $60k now. From a weekly view, the last support level got wrecked. But there’s a major support level that could lead to a bounce in 2025. It’s confusing for buying now, but if that support breaks, we might go under $50k. I might just wait until next month to see if there are any signs of a reversal.

I think you're referring to a potential double bottom, but it’s not forming. What I see isn’t a double bottom pattern; it lacks a proper downtrend. The whole market seems shaken, stocks and crypto alike. Must be the Fed's rate hikes impacting all this.

Yeah, silver’s now under $60, sitting at $57.30. Good call on closing your position. It might dip further if it keeps this momentum.

Anyone using a crypto news aggregator? Feels like some news is slipping under the radar lately. I’m using this tool. It tracks trends and analyzes market conditions well.

You managed to protect your capital really well. Using stop-loss is key in these volatile markets. Keeping an eye on market moves is key. Liquidity can vanish fast, and you can end up losing everything.

I don’t have one, so I’m kinda lost on the news front. Manually checking sites isn’t cutting it either.

Patience is key right now. The market could break then retest or fall below major support at $50k. A lot of traders will expect a bounce around that level, but it might get hit hard instead. Waiting it out might be the best strategy.

I’m feeling uneasy now. We broke below $60k. It's kinda crazy how that happened again. The monthly candle close is coming up too. If it closes under $60k, we could be in for a bearish phase for a while.

Yeah, the support for silver seems to have failed. Prices are sliding down, and it definitely feels like a correction. I worry that Bitcoin might touch $50k. Looking at long-term trends, it might take years to build momentum again.

Exactly! In this situation, waiting for a clearer signal is the smart move. I could jump in thinking it's at support, but that’s risky. I’ll play it safe and wait a few weeks.

Experience will teach you to control your emotions. Every loss from rushing decisions makes you calmer next time. Patience is key, especially for new traders. I’ve seen too many jump into trades based on shaky signals.

From what I see, Bitcoin's forming a bearish flag. The price dipped below the trend line, so it’s whether it will rebound or not. If it does, we could even see a revisit to the $40k range. Best to hang tight and watch.

When the market's tanking, cutting losses to save your capital is definitely the way to go. Better to sideline your position and manage risk than hold on to heavy bags waiting for a random bounce.
