Just saw the spec sheet for the NerdOCTAxe Rev 3.1. It’s got 12TH/s hashrate, uses around 200W, and has the BM1370 chips. Also comes with 4 fans for cooling and one DC power interface. Looks decent for a home setup if you can handle the price. Check the pic out: https://www.zeusbtc.com/UploadFile/Product/202604/2026041313450154.jpg

Honestly, 12 TH/s is pretty underwhelming nowadays with the total hashrate hitting around a billion terahashes. And even 24 TH/s with 400W is a stretch for home use. Why are they asking $500-600 for this? Feels overpriced for what it delivers. But I guess some folks just want a new toy. Good luck mining at those rates!

Big plus for the NerdOCTAxe is definitely the noise level. It’s way quieter than those monster ASICs that sound like jet engines. I can't deal with that racket in my living room. Would rather put up with a little home miner that doesn’t drive me crazy. So yeah, paying a premium for comfort might be worth it for some people. Just my 2 cents on it.
