Need help with a stuck transaction in mempool

Hey all, I've got this transaction that was sent to me over a week ago. The fee was really high, like 342 sat/vB, but it’s still hangin’ in the mempool. The current fee rate is only around 144 sat/vB. Why isn’t it confirmed yet? Can someone take a look at m

Stay patient, you might have to just wait for the mempool to clear a bit. Or, pay for some miner assistance if you’re really in a hurry.
