Need guidance on transferring ERC20 tokens safely

I’m totally new to crypto and just joined here. I won $350k in ERC20 gambling, and now it’s sitting in Warix wallet. They say I gotta get Ethereum for the network fee to transfer it. Should I really spend $300 for this? I’ve also heard about using Coinbase to move my funds, plus I’ve got a debit card linked to it. Just trying to figure out the safest way to do this before I risk losing anything. If anyone has tips, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
