Got a bit of an issue. Had my 6 miners running smoothly for 6 months, but last night 4 just dropped off the grid. They’re not showing up on the router either.
Now I’ve got 5 showing on the router, but can only log into 2 of them. The other 3 have IPs but won’t connect to anything, and the last one can’t connect at all.
Reset the router and swapped the ethernet switch. Any suggestions?
Have you tried running them individually? Might help figure out if it’s an IP conflict. Also, did you switch all your miners to static IPs instead of leaving them on DHCP?
If you can’t access the web dashboard, a hard reset or flashing the firmware could be worth a shot.
Let us know the models of your miners for better advice.

I’ve got 3 x 120th s19, 2 x 110th s19, and 1 100th s19 pro. I tried testing them one by one, but only those same two come online.
I haven’t disabled DHCP yet. I’m mining on Luxor pool.
Did a reset on a couple by holding the button down, but no luck. They show up for a bit after plugging in, then disappear.
So those 4 are still not accessing the dashboard even when tested individually?
I’d suggest trying to flash them using an SD card. If you’re unsure how to do that, check out some guides.
I’ll give it a shot, but only one has an SD card slot. The other three don’t. Do you think switching to static IPs and resetting everything would help?
If the other three lack an SD card slot, check if they have a Micro/OTG USB slot. You’ll need an adapter to flash the firmware on those ones.
There are guides available for that too.
I’m starting with the one that has an SD card slot, but it’s using a BeagleBone board since I was running Braiins. Which firmware should I download for the 100th s19 pro? I’m leaning towards "sd-recover-bmu-S19Pro-fixed-202006012027-release.zip"... is that the right one?
Do you have one or two routers set up between your miners and the internet? If it’s two, check each ASIC with just the first router first.
Don’t rush into updating firmware until you’ve sorted the router issues.
Wait a sec, everything was fine for 6 months and now this?
How come no one’s suspicious about a potential virus here? Like, did you use default passwords or buy any used miners? If nothing changed on your network, a virus might be the culprit. You might need to do the firmware reset for all of them.
If it’s a BeagleBone board, double-check the controller name.
From what I know, Bitmain doesn’t have firmware for the s19/pro BB control board. If it’s S19J_IO_BOARD_V2_0, you’ll need the BB firmware for the s19j instead.
