Hey everyone, So, June's been rough for the markets, right? Liquidity issues everywhere and traders glued to their screens. But let’s not forget about the Human Asset here. I really think we need to talk about exercise and nutrition! A healthy body leads to a sharp mind, and that’s what we need to tackle market fluctuations. Seriously, having a clear head is way better than any trading algorithm out there. I’m starting a challenge: 100 push-ups a day until Bitcoin hits £100K. Who’s in?

Lol, I’m totally in for those push-ups! Gotta keep fit while trading, right? But seriously, I get what you mean about mental clarity. It really does help when things get crazy.

I dunno... exercise is great and all, but market moves can be random. Are you saying it’ll change everything?

Not saying it’s a magic fix, but it definitely helps with decision-making. Think about it if you’re fit, your stress levels drop.

You gotta back that up with studies, though. I’m not convinced yet.

C'mon, it’s common sense! When you feel good, you make better decisions. Just try it out.

I’m not buying it. You can’t just push-ups your way through market crashes.

lol nobody's saying squats prevent a flash crash. but when your cortisol is through the roof you panic sell everything, and THAT is what fitness helps with. your brain literally works better when you're not stressed all the time
