Hey, I'm on the hunt for a whitelabel MSB license but can't seem to find much. Anyone know where I can lease or rent one?

I can help you out with getting an MSB license. What country are you targeting?

@OP be careful with people offering help. It varies a lot by country. Some countries handle MSB licenses through the SEC while others go through their Central Bank. Look into your local regulations before anything.

You’re not gonna find the right answers here. Most folks just regurgitate Google results. Honestly, it’s complicated. Better off chatting with a lawyer or a business forum.

Totally disagree about lawyers, lol. They charge a fortune and it may not even be their field. If you go that route, please fact-check everything they say.

RE: True sometimes you gotta pay to get it right instead of wasting time and money. Like building a house yourself, you’ll regret it if you mess it up.

Getting an expert’s help is the best route. Find a lawyer who specializes in crypto. But regulations vary, so start with the authorities to see what license you need.

I got quoted $7k by a lawyer! Plus, the MSB license in Delaware costs $25k. Crazy, right?

www.thecryptolawyers.com they claim they can help you get registered with FinCEN and take care of compliance stuff. They seem affordable for what they offer.

Can someone tell me what this all means? Is it mainly for people selling/buying BTC without using exchanges?
