You might wanna check out Mempool or BTC RPC Explorer. Mempool has loads of features, and setting up BTC RPC Explorer is a breeze. If you're set on C#, Blockcore Explorer is the main choice but honestly... I rarely see anyone using it. Just saying.

I’ve got BTC-RPC-Explorer running on an old laptop with Electrum, and it works fine for me. Haven’t tried Mempool yet though. I followed some guides for installation, really helpful ones.
Blockcore Explorer is kinda outdated afaik, and feels clunky compared to others. If you really want C# maybe roll your own with NBitcoin lib? It's solid and well-maintained. Just my 2 satoshis.
