Issues with Qubetics Customer Support Policies

Just wanted to share my experience with Qubetics customer service. I feel like their policies aren't applied consistently... it's almost discriminatory. They have users with the same wallet issues but only some get help. They’re also missing their own deadlines for support. So, here’s the deal: I’m using Swift Beta Trust Wallet and can’t access my $TICS token allocation, which is a significant amount. They just refuse to help me out, which seems really unfair.

From what I know, all wallet access issues should be fixed at this point. I heard that even those using a central exchange wallet on MEXC got their coins back once Qubetics worked with them. I’m pretty sure your issue got resolved too. Or is there still a problem? Because honestly, it seems like they’ve made a good effort to clear this up.
