Issues with Payeer's AML/KYC Process

Is anyone else having issues with Payeer? My funds are stuck because they are doing an AML/KYC review. I submitted all the documents last Sunday and still no word back. If you've been through this, can you share: + Did you get your funds back? + How long did it take? + Still waiting for a response? I'm feeling quite stressed about this and just want to know what to expect.

You might want to check in the service discussions section of this forum too. I couldn’t find much about this recently, so it seems not a lot of people are discussing it. Hopefully, they resolve your case soon. Just a heads up though, in this space, it’s safer to assume you could lose whatever you invest, so only use money you can afford to lose.

I reached out to them again this morning about the AML/KYC status. This silence is really frustrating. I didn’t post in the right section, huh? Can anyone share where I should’ve posted this? I’m looking for the correct link to the right place.
