Just picked up a Refurbished Ebit E10D 25 Th/s. It’s acting weird, showing 0 Th/s in the logs. Tried to flash new firmware 10.0.8.27 from 10.0.8.15 but now it only shows bank 1. Other fields are blank. Plus, I'm getting a chip id failed error. Can someone help me with the full steps to install firmware on Ebang miners?
Issues with Ebang Ebit Miners

You might wanna look in the sections for Bitcoin mining hardware and support. This general chat might not be the best place for those specific issues.
Honestly, don’t expect much help here. I haven’t seen anyone actually talk about Ebang miners. Maybe check out this telegram group I found, seems kinda active but not sure if it’s official or safe. Just be careful, you don’t wanna end up with a bad firmware.
Buying refurbished was risky, man. Ebang's support isn't great either. If you want help, better share the full logs you mentioned. If there's a limit on posting, just use pastebin.com and drop the link here.
I own 4 of the 10.3 models, and they are seriously terrible. I’ve had similar issues and couldn’t fix them. The boards are probably just dead.
From what I've heard from a reliable source in China, refurbished miners aren't really refurbished like we think. They just swap everything except the control board and hashboards. That means they could get damaged during the process, making refurbished even riskier than just used.
