MSTR used to be a solid 3x play on Bitcoin. Now it’s lagging way behind BTC, and with all these new ETFs, why would big investors bother with MSTR anymore? They're knee-deep in use too. What if they default? Could Saylor end up selling off some Bitcoin to cover that?

Invest directly in BTC instead of MSTR. Feels like betting on a third party.

+1 for that. Spot Bitcoin is where the real value is. MSTR is just too leveraged.

Saylor’s got tons of BTC. Once that pays off, he could be richer than anyone.

Yeah but that debt could ruin everything before he gets there.

I think MSTR’s next move is a short squeeze. They’ll bounce back, just to bait all the late shorts. But then Blackrock is just waiting to pounce and pressure them into bankruptcy to grab all those BTC. Saylor might take a pay cut or face serious consequences.

Long-term, MSTR’s Bitcoin strategy looks promising. But yeah, if the market tanks, things could get very messy. How will they juggle their debt against their holdings?

MicroStrategy is basically a BTC wallet in stock form now. Its stock price is way more volatile than other companies. Bad days for Bitcoin mean worse days for MSTR.

I’ve been watching this too. Price action is super odd lately. Not overly worried about a default, but if they ever had to sell, would it be one huge chunk or drip it out? Either way, there's bound to be pressure on the market.

Typically, forced sales aren’t just one big dump. Lenders like to do it gradually or negotiate something. If they breach any covenants, it’s likely going to be margin calls or partial sales over time.

MSTR isn’t headed for a crash just yet. No bankruptcy on the horizon, but look out. It's risky because its valuation is too tied to Bitcoin. Plus, it’s fragile structurally. Big money could sink it.

True, MSTR isn’t Bitcoin. It’s a leveraged company heavily betting on Bitcoin, which works well when prices rise. Now, with ETFs around, it seems to have lost its edge. No default imminent, but it’s not a safe BTC play anymore.
