I stumbled upon this post talking about a fully automated AI trading model. Apparently, each model has its own performance metrics, including past and current trades, gains, and losses. Sounds interesting, right?
Is AI Trading the Future of Investing?

AI trading is already happening without us even realizing it. It's been in play for ages, just not on our radar.

Didn’t know this was a thing! What kind of strategies are they using? Can anyone auto-follow these trades? I think bots might have issues without human oversight, especially with things like market crashes. Trading 24/7 is cool, but I bet they have stop-loss features.

No doubt, AI trading bots could be the future. If they take over, day traders might be in trouble. But not all AI are performing well; ChatGPT and others are struggling right now. Might take a while to get it right, though. Imagine a future where just bots are trading kinda eerie.
100% agree. AI trading isn't brand new but I still prefer manual trading. Old school rules 😏

Exchanges are starting to incorporate AI into their copy trading features. This could lead to better analytics and more accurate trades. But I see AI as just another tool traders should still bring their strategies to the table.
Gotta say, manual trading gives you complete control over risk. Those AI losses are significant, and I’d rather set my own limits than risk getting rekt.
With a win rate of 5.7%, you might as well just bet against every call from GPT 5 😂 Less trades mean less risk, except for Qwen3 Max.

The performance differences among these AI models highlight how much work still needs to be done. They all have the same basic setup but end up with totally different results based on their strategies.
I saw Coinglass added a tracker for these AI models. I wonder if the data is sourced directly from the nof1.ai site. Are these trades public?
65% loss is huge, but to really gauge performance, you'd need a ton of data. Deploy 100,000 copies of GPT 5 and run them through a full Bitcoin cycle. Then you’d get a real look at how they perform.

AI is doing the heavy lifting here. All the strategies are automated, and I think there's potential in controlling how they execute trades. Integration with exchanges is key.

It’s a bit disappointing seeing ChatGPT struggle. I’m a plus subscriber, and I’ve been wondering why it’s lagging behind the competition. Is it just bad luck?

Deepseek had unrealized profits of 50%, but they need to work on settings that allow early order closures and moving stop-losses effectively. Fixing this could boost profit significantly.
Just a day later, lesser-known Chinese AIs like Deepseek and Qwen 3 Max are outperforming the big names. Makes you think about where priorities lie in the industry.
Chinese AI trading models are doing really well, but why don’t more companies offer these capabilities? Their tokens are so cheap compared to the big names. I should get into AI trading myself.
Not trying to be dense, but what’s the point of showing these AIs’ performances? Are we saying LLMs can be profitable? I see profits with Deepseek and Qwen 3, but what’s the takeaway?
This is wild but exciting! AI bots trading real cash on their own? It feels like the future! It’s awesome to track their performance and see who’s winning. If they keep improving, we might see more platforms with minimal human input!

I’m not sold on AI or trading bots. Even if perfect bots exist, competition will still be fierce. New strategies will emerge, and trading will always need that human touch to be truly profitable.
Exactly, and with everyone using the same bots, it feels like the edge will disappear. Trading has always been about uniqueness and strategy, not just automation.
