Come on, with this device doing 0.7TH, we’d need about 1.4 million of them to get 1EH. That’s less than 0.2% of the total hash rate. You can't be serious about aiming for a 25% network share with these little miners.

You could DIY a 1 hashboard S19 in a custom case for under 500 bucks. It does 30TH at 900 watts. That’s viable for cold areas.

I’m gonna work on a demo unit soon. I think there’s a market for it here in the US, but it’s likely just a few hundred people.
