How to Spend from an Offline Bitcoin Core Wallet?

Hey everyone. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I’ve got this old core wallet.dat with Bitcoin Core v21 sitting on a laptop that hasn’t been online for years. It has under 0.1 BTC, and I want to spend 0.05 without reconnecting it to the internet. Any ideas?
