Quick summary here. Trading's cool if you get it, but many just lose money. If you're consistently losing, try holding until the market turns bullish. There's still time to earn and keep your funds safe in Bitcoin. Forget those shady coins. Don't wait until it's too late, crypto has opportunities.

Sounds like you're talking about short-term trading. Honestly, most of those day traders end up losing in the long run. It's like gambling... you might as well be betting in a casino. Average traders can’t compete with insiders or those fast lightning traders.

Right? It’s estimated that 85% of traders lose money. I even read somewhere that it’s 97%. Only a few make real profits. Patience is key, and those who avoid use tend to do better. Greed leads to losses.

You gotta either improve or walk away. There’s no shame in admitting trading isn’t your game. But at least give it a shot first. Find ways to get better.

Nice point! Both trading and holding have their perks. Depends on the trader’s skill level and history. But generally, investing is the safer choice while trading is riskier. Mixing both can balance out risk a bit.

True, it’s not that traders don’t want to learn. A lot just don’t see the value in learning. They think trial and error will work, but that's gambling, not skill. This leads to lots of losses, not just risk.

I see some traders are just looking to get rich quick. It’s not gambling, but it’s all about probabilities. Knowledge increases your chances, but it doesn’t guarantee success. Holding long-term is often smarter, but patience is what most lack.

I get that trading can be beneficial if you know what you’re doing. But honestly, for beginners, holding Bitcoin seems safer than going after altcoins. They’re just way less predictable.

I’m with OP holding really is better for many reasons. Most people fail at trading, even with solid strategies. Instead of risking all $500 on trades, why not put $300 into holding and be smarter about it?

Waiting for a bull run isn’t always the fix. Sometimes, it’s about refining your strategy and discipline. If you don’t deal with your mistakes, you'll just repeat them. And yes, steer clear of bad coins.

We either trade or hold. If you’re confident, go for it, but be ready for the risks. If you’re not sure, don’t trade play it safe and hold for the long haul.

Totally agree. I know folks who profit just by holding and selling after a month. Way better than those scalpers who end up losing more than they gain. Newbies should spend time learning before diving into trading.

Trading is stressful and risky. Holding Bitcoin minimizes that stress because it tends to be steadier. Trading poorly can lead to losses, but being smart about holding can be a safer bet.

Definitely, holding beats trading due to the risks involved. There's a higher chance of profit over time with holding, while trading can lead to complaints of losses. I’ve seen more long-term holders succeed.

Yeah, both have benefits. Trading can yield quick gains but opens you up to risk. But for holding, just knowing your chosen currency is enough. Focus on good coins, and profits can come later.

I’m all about holding BTC for the long haul. Trading just leads to regret. If you must trade, sure, there are altcoins that can bring quick returns, but Bitcoin is steady.

That’s my approach too. I’m mostly a holder, keeping a few coins including Bitcoin. I’m not a trading pro, but I do a little with small amounts now. Learned my lesson to avoid garbage coins.

Holding makes sense, especially for those unsure about trading. Still, I lean towards spot trading with strong coins like BNB and ETH. Less risky and you can gradually increase your portfolio.

I agree with OP. A lot of newbies think they can trade for quick profits. They need to chill and just hold or use DCA. It's simpler and makes more sense.

Those who don’t have much to hold will miss the point. They think trading will magically increase their holdings. If you’re losing, just stop trading and accumulate. Holding Bitcoin now is smart.
