Hey folks, I just got a bunch of AntMiners from family and I’m pretty lost on how to set them up. I’ve got access to cheap electricity but need advice on cooling, power stability, and making everything run smoothly 24/7. Any tips on how to kick things off? I’m thinking of building a concrete room for it, so I’ve got some flexibility.

First off, definitely get a licensed electrician on board. You’ll need proper wiring and power set up for all those miners. Trust me, this isn’t a DIY job if you're dealing with 60 units. Also, airflow is key. You want a good setup where the miners take in cool air and push out hot air efficiently.

If you have a Windows PC lying around, check out AwesomeMiner for managing the AntMiners. It's user-friendly and will help keep track of everything. Just keep that PC plugged in, don’t want it shutting off randomly.

60 S7 AntMiners? Meh. But if they’re S19s? That’s a different story. What miners are you actually working with? And where are you located? If you’re in China, good luck using them. If you’re in the USA, I can point you to some part sources.

Looks like the OP mentioned using T19s in another thread. Each pulls around 3150W, so yeah, that’s a lot of power. 60 of those is about 189KW, so ROI could be sweet since you got them for free.

Setting up 60 miners needing close to 200KW isn’t a walk in the park though. And just to clarify, AwesomeMiner isn’t really free. You need a license for more than one miner or to access certain features.

About mining software: ASIC miners work differently. They don’t use traditional mining software like GPUs do. You only need to log into the miner's web interface, input your pool info, and you’re good to go.
