Hey everyone Thinking about getting an Antminer S19j Pro for my remote work with a crypto project. I heard it pays for itself in about a year. Has anyone out there ever financed their miner through a loan? I’m looking to hit up Bank of America or maybe Amazon. What kind of loans did you get? Where’d you colocate? How long did it take to pay it back?

Doubt banks will go for that. Mention bitcoin and they’ll run for the hills. Plus, good luck getting a 10K loan without some serious collateral. Probably better off using a credit card, but those interest rates are killer.

Umm, sounds kinda risky to me. You say it'll definitely pay off, but what if BTC tanks? So many factors... prices, difficulty, miner breaking down. Just feels like a gamble tbh.

Haven't heard of any banks that do loans for ASIC miners. They usually only give loans for cars or phones. If you mention Bitcoin, they’ll just laugh you outta the office. Honestly, maybe ask a friend for a loan instead. Much safer bet.
